The Residence Virgilio is splendidly situated on the edge of the lake and was inaugurated in the Spring of 1995. It has 21 luxuriously furnished mini-apartments set in a beautiful garden with a swimming-pool, private garages and lift. Each apartment is fully equipped with satellite colour television, telephone, a fully equipped kitchen, safety deposit box, individual heating and a furnished wide verandah with panoramic views. The Residence Virgilio is only a few minutes from Sirmione, which is internationally famous as a holiday resort and for its hotwater spa. Among the many places to visit of historical and artistic interest you will find the antique Caves of Catullo, the remains of a magnificent Roman Villa and the Scaligera Rock. Entertainment is plentiful, including Gardaland and Caneva World, the opportunity to cruise on the lake, theatrical evenings at the world-famous Arena di Verona, and for the nature lovers the Sigurtà Park is a must.   • The minimum period required is 7 nights.

  • Cancellation terms: in the case of cancellation of the booking, Residence Virgilio shall charge a penalty to the client calculated as a percentage of the amount due for the period booked, in relation to the notification of cancellation given: 0% of the total amount of the vacation for cancellations made 60 to 20 days before the foreseen arrival date; 85% of the total price of the vacation for cancellations made 19 to 4 days before the foreseen arrival date; 100% of the total price of the vacation for cancellations made 3 days or less before the foreseen arrival date, with a minimum vacation of 1 night. All paid deposits shall be used as partial or full payment of the above indicated penalties.
